Need an unrar utility

Installed 7-zip and then immediately uninstalled the extra stuff they add. No link love for them.

    Rar is standard on any Linux box. WinRar is a useful windows version.

    This is a documentation blog saying what I did so the next time I have to do it I (or anyone else) can avoid some of my mistakes.
